Frequently Asked Questions

How do I enrol?

Once you've decided you're ready to go, contact the studio via phone or email. We will work out the best class and set you up on your membership

Can I do a trial?

The best way to start is by joining in one of our workshops. That was you can make sure you love aerials before you sign up on our memberships. If we do not have any workshops available, you can attend our beginner class as a casual student ($30). If you're planning on doing this, make sure you contact us prior to ensure we have space.

What is open training? Do you offer it?

Open training is a time when students can get that extra practise in for new class skills or running routines. This is not a time to teach yourself the latest crazy skills you've seen Instagram though! Open training is available to members and non-members. Check our timetable for times. Equipment/rigging point availability must work around any scheduled classes.

How many people are in a class?

We cap our classes at 10-12 students per instructor and partner our students up so they are taking turns on the equipment.

What happens if I miss a class?

You can do a make up class for a missed class within 12 weeks of the missed class. This would be in a lower level class or a casual class (Like Aerial Fit/Acro). When we are in routine term, you may only use your make up class in one of our casual classes. You are not able to use open training or private lessons as a make up class.
